Which one's right for me? The difference comes down to your domain. With the Monthly Website Plan we host and maintain your website — but you still manage your own domain: its yearly renewal, its email settings, and the occasional “please add this record” request from other services. With the Managed Digital Partner plan we take all of that off your hands too. We look after your domain's behind-the-scenes records — the MX records that make your business email arrive, the TXT records that keep it out of spam and prove the domain is really yours, and the CNAME records that connect other tools — and we add a security certificate (SSL) and worldwide speed (CDN) on top. In plain terms: you'll never have to log into a control panel or puzzle over a confusing settings email again. That's why most people choose Managed.

How much does a small business website cost?
It depends on how you'd rather pay. Most small businesses go with our monthly subscription: one all-in price from $99/mo that covers the design, build, hosting, security, and ongoing care — with no upfront build fee. Prefer to pay once and own it? Outright projects start at $900. Either way you get an exact quote up front, in plain English, before anything begins.
Do I have to pay for a website every month?
Only if you want the hands-off route. On our monthly subscription, one payment covers everything — the site, hosting, security, and upkeep — so you never think about it. If you'd rather not pay monthly, you can buy your website outright and own it forever; hosting and any upkeep are then optional and priced separately. There's no contract either way.
Is it cheaper to just build my own website with Wix or Squarespace?
The monthly sticker on a DIY builder can look lower — until you add up your own hours learning it, writing the pages, fixing what breaks, and keeping it secure and up to date. With us, a professional designs and builds it, and we handle hosting, security, backups, and updates for one price. You get a better result and your time back. DIY makes sense for a hobby; a business that needs customers usually doesn't.
What's the difference between a domain and hosting?
Your domain is your address — like yourbusiness.com. You register it once a year and you own it. Hosting is where your website's files actually live so people can visit them. You need both: the domain points people to the hosting, and the hosting serves your site. We can set up and manage both for you.
What are MX, TXT, and CNAME records — and do I need to understand them?
They're small settings attached to your domain, and no, you don't need to touch them. In plain terms: MX records make your email arrive, TXT records prove the domain is yours and keep your email out of spam, and CNAME records connect other tools (like a booking system) to your domain. On our Managed plan we handle all of it so those confusing “add this record” emails never land on you.
Do I own my website and my domain?
Yes. Your domain is always yours. On a subscription we look after your site for you; if you ever buy it outright, every file is yours to take anywhere. You're never locked in.
What if I want to leave or move to another provider later?
No problem — there's no contract and you can cancel anytime. Your domain stays yours and we'll hand your site over cleanly. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you in an agreement.
Will my website work on phones?
Always. Every site we build is designed to look and work great on phones, tablets, and computers. Most of your visitors will be on a phone, so that comes first, not last.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Your site is built on WordPress, so you can change your text and images anytime without touching any code. Prefer to hand changes to us? That's included in the subscription and care plans too.
