What does AI implementation actually include?
We review how your business runs and find where AI saves the most time, then set it up: your AI workspace, connections to the accounts you already use, your business knowledge, and skills for the tasks you repeat. We test it on real examples, train your team, and support you while it settles in.
ChatGPT or Claude: which do you use?
Either. We recommend the one that fits the tools you use and the work you want it to do, and set it up on a business plan whose terms keep your company's information out of model training.
What's a skill?
A set task your assistant does the same way every time, with your instructions built in. For example: drafting a quote from job notes, writing a follow-up in your voice, or summarizing a call into your CRM. Your team runs it with a click or a short request, instead of explaining the job from scratch each time.
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually very little. You'll need a business plan for ChatGPT or Claude, and we connect it to what you already use. You own and pay for every account directly, so nothing is locked to us, and we tell you about any monthly costs up front.
Is my business information safe?
Everything runs in accounts you own. We recommend plans that keep your information out of AI training, keep sensitive data like card numbers out of AI tools, and make sure a person checks anything AI writes before it reaches a customer.
How is this different from workflow automation?
Workflow automation connects your tools so tasks run on their own in the background, like a reminder going out or a lead moving into your CRM. AI implementation gives your team an assistant that knows your business and helps with the thinking work: drafting, answering and summarizing. Many businesses use both.
What happens after it's set up?
